The Starlink dish is designed to deliver high-speed internet connectivity, while our WiFi equipment ensures widespread coverage for your event venue. Professional Setup: A trained installer will visit your event location to set up the Starlink dish and WiFi network professionally. This ensures optimal performance and reliability, maximizing the potential of your Starlink dish. Customized WiFi Network: We understand the importance of security and convenience. Therefore, our team will set up a WiFi network with a network name and password of your choice, allowing you to control access to the network effortlessly. Additional WiFi Access Points: If you require wider coverage for your event venue, additional WiFi access points can be provided upon request. Pricing for additional access points will be determined based on your specific requirements. Deposit Requirement: To secure your booking, a £200 deposit is required against the rented equipment. This deposit is fully refundable upon completion of your rental term, provided that the equipment is returned in good condition. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing AV Guys for your event connectivity needs. To ensure a smooth booking process and efficient service delivery, please review our booking policy outlined below: Deposit Requirement: A £200 deposit is required for all Starlink Broadband rental packages booked with AV Guys. This deposit is necessary to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total rental fee. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change, and circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of your booking. However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the £200 deposit. Refund Process: If a cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date, the £200 deposit will be fully refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date via the original payment method. Booking Modifications: Should you need to modify your booking details, such as the rental duration or package selected, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the full rental fee will be charged, and the £200 deposit will not be refunded. Payment: The remaining balance of the rental fee (after deducting the deposit) is due upon the commencement of the rental period. We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Damage or Loss: The client is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period. Any costs associated with repairs or replacement will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded accordingly.
